Bright green Granny Smith apples are my favorite kind of apple. I eat them straight and also love to use their tart, juicy tang in apple pies - works well with cinnamon! Apfel by Panasenko captures the greenness of the apple with the contrasty inside. Not your everyday ordinary red apple is this!
